Sana is an award-winning, gender expert, women advocate, and public speaker on feminism and women issues. She is the author of “Invisible Women of the Middle East”. She gave lectures in 50 countries at universities, panel discussions and international events.
In 2016, she founded Womenpreneur, an initiative that brings together 15,000 female entrepreneurs in 20 countries around the world. Since its launch, the initiative has implemented 35 projects for the benefit of women entrepreneurs, job seekers, rural women, offering them incubation and support programs for projects, improving visibility for access to investor.
She is also the co-founder of Womenquake, a global movement, that revisits and critically examines the beliefs, myths and ideas about gender. These experiences led her to organise several campaigns including reforming Moroccan law that allowed rapists to marry their victims.
